Dr. Muhammad Salah is one of the well-known scholars in the US. He leads the Islamic Center of Victoria, Texas and founded two Islamic and Arabic schools. Namely Iman Stems and the Muslim Generation. He is the presenter of Ask Huda, one of the most well-known Fatwa programs broadcasted at Huda TV. He works as the religious supervisor of Huda TV. Dr. Salah had 400 live broadcasting hours in Egyptian, Arabic and America television stations.

Sheikh Assim Al-Hakeem is an engaging speaker from Saudi Arabia and a regular contributor on Islamic radio and television programs in English to spread the authentic teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah. He has since conducted Al-Adab Al-Mufrad seminar for 2 years in a row in Kuala Lumpur. We are pleased to welcome him back as a speaker at the Straight Path Convention, a position he has held since 2016.

Dr. Ali Albarghouthi received his PhD from the University of Waterloo-Wilfrid Laurier University join PhD program in Religious Studies in Canada. He is a former professor at the University of Saskatchewan and is currently the Director of the Institute for Muslim Research and Progress. He is also active in the field of da’wah in Canada. He has authored many books – one of which is available at Dakwah Corner Bookstore titled Heart Therapy: Forty Hadiths in Tazkiyah and Soul Purification.

Ustadh Shareef El-Arbi is of Libyan-American descent. He lived most of his life in the United States of America. He has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the U.S. and an MBA from Australia. He works as a project manager for an IT company. He has been blessed to be active with the Muslim youth from a young age. He studied Arabic and Islamic studies in Jordan, Libya, Saudi Arabia and the U.S. He is a prominent Da’ie amongst the English speaking Malaysian Da’wah circuit.

Brother Faisal Abdul Latif is a Senior Process Engineer and Certified PMP with Petronas and has been a long-time collaborator with the Straight Path Convention, appearing regularly as its master of ceremony. He has been active in various roles for the da’wah scene in Malaysia, and currently is the chairperson for Kelab Belia Integrasi in Miri, Sarawak. He is currently pursuing Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies with IOU.
